SUNDAY BIG BLOG

well, it's been a most interesting week, what with New Orleans being destroyed and all....
....even I wound up getting caught up in the festivities.... along with a lot of concerns for the country -- gas near $4.00/gal , a Category 5 storm ruins the Big Easy, and so-called president George W. Traitor is nowhere to be found....a city of 1/2 million people wrecked & we're on the eve of economic crisis....I actually posted a political essay, and, furthermore, I brutalized several AOL message boards by posting a couple of hundred hyperlinks to my site -- along with some not-so-subliminal messages to the effect that we are being manipulated by a government which is definately not by the people or of the people.... but is certainly for themselves -- but more on that later. as for now, I might as well finish up the week talking about New Orleans, so for this week's Big Blog, here's a little photo-essay week in review....
this is what happens when you build a city below sea-level. Bye Bye, Big Easy....

here's another look -- after the arsonists had their little party....

have a look at these victims breaking into a grocery store. they're cutting the roof off 'cause the rest is under water....

.... they didn't find any food per se, but did come up with a nice pile of shit....

.... and they took it to the waterfront for this great cookout....

I figure I should try to capitalize on the situation -- here's my new set of "New Orleans Flood Action Figures" which will hit store shelves (in most American cities) on October 1st -- in plenty of time for the Christmas shopping season....

.... and here's the future of magazine sales in Creole Country....

.... so who gets the last laugh here?
you guessed it.... Mephistopheles, who happens to have
George W. Ass-Hole on a puppet string....

....so much for this week's Big Blog. maybe next week I'll have more cheerful subject matter.
like, maybe, a bunch of nuns and orphans being eaten by rats....
