well, not really Sunday, but it works here. I took my trusty Mavica with me to work a few times last week, in case I got some good photo ops... which I didn't. instead, I offer up this substandard drivel, a measly excuse for content. actually, I've been putting a lot of time into R&D for a static audio feed for this page... next thing I know, Sunday rolls around. so, these are images I got on my way home the other day.

we left the job site and pulled right into heavy rush hour traffic... and a construction zone. whoopee...
another hour & 1/2 drive to go 17 miles.


in Florida, they pull this shit all year long. this stretch of road has been under construction for about 6 years.


this photo shows why... most of the workers are using homemade tools. probably state subsidized, too.
